This is something I was discussing w/ my business partner today. And it strikes me as something that is worthwhile discussing with lots of other people.
What things do you think are worth spending money on?
And I'm not talking about our trucks...because that's obvious...or guns, or anything of that nature. I'm asking about the rest of your world. Stuff that others would deem "stupid" or "a waste."
One of my big ones is water pressure in the shower. I have absolutely no compunction about spending $100+ on a well designed shower head & immediately disassembling it to remove the flow restrictor. Yes. It makes my water bill go up. But I don't care. It's worth my money for my shower to not feel like the dog is licking me clean.
I actually travel with a shower head, channel locks, and Teflon tape when I go to hotels. I swap that crap in a heartbeat.
