Today was the start of week 6 of P90X for me. I'm just about half way done, lol.
Love it, love it.
I actually started it a while back, (after I finished P90X the first time), but it was so super boring that I quit, lol. It just wasn't for me. I also didn't really like the fact that it was only cardio and no weight training. I really wanted to actually built up some more muscle and not just lean out.
I will have to say though, it really does live up to its name, "it's friggin crazy insane", lol.
I still haven't managed to get a copy yet. I knew getting a hold of the guy who offered to give me a copy would be difficult though :emmph:
Nah, I really don't have a need to do anything else.. I'm pretty fit. Just like to keep some up upper body strength over break.. Now that i'm back at school I'll be back at the gym 4 days a week.. M,T,TH,F.. Then I'll be doing everything again, squats, curls, butterfly, shrugs, pull up ladders.. I do a lot more when I'm up at school. That was just for the break.No squats? No lunges? Do you do any cardio?
starting my workout today for the first time since a year since my injury.
I used to compete in body building a few years ago, the diet and commitment of having to go to the gym every day really took a lot our of me so now I just go to the gym for fun.
was it worth it? I literally just started to train for my first competition for next year. it's only a local show nothing big just something i've wanted to knock off my check list of things to do.
