I'm a 9 to 5 guy so I don't drink much on weekdays, but my son's school had a snow day after a measly 4-5" snowfall last night. School snow days are sooo much more fun when you're in your in your fourties.

Kickin' it in the shop with a glass of Bulleit bourbon with the obligatory Mexican Coke chaser... Slayer, Sabbath, Rihanna and Suicidal Tendencies keeping me warm. Yes, Rihanna does belong in that mix... she's got balls as big as any of the others.

Another new beer we just got at work is called Batch 19.. its a "pre-prohibition style lager".. tastes like Miller Lite with more hops.. it is delicious.

Had that for the first time a couple days ago. Not too bad really, it surprised me. I rarely drink AB/Coors products.


Tonight I've got my dear ol' BBC Coffeehouse Porter. Mmmm, dark and rich.

It was pretty good. The frozen blueberries were fun to watch. They'd float on top and once they thawed a little, they'd sink to the bottom; leaving a purple trail all the way to the bottom through the grapefruit juice.


Tonight's bottle is some Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar.

Well ya it was fun up to around 10 after that I don't remember anything, apparently I tried to booty call my boss....so I'm hoping she will be cool about that on Monday, I hope she will lol, she is pretty cool but that was a lil much!

It's pretty good. My favorite wine is Cutler Creek- Sweet Red, $3 a bottle at my local grocery store and it's the best stuff I've ever had. I like it chilled.
