Tonight I challenged my brother and as we killed some home team favorite Landshark we battled it out on the original Nintendo in a game of RBI Baseball! For the first 4 innings I kicked his ass with Nolan Ryan on the mound lol! Final score 12-8 I won :)

Wheats are up there on my list of favorites. Sours are my all-time favorites, followed by dark beers, stouts and porters mostly.

I'm not crazy about IPA's but they're growing on me. This one is a kick in the face, haha.

I'm working on going around the World Beer Tour at Old Chicago. :)

Picked up a 6 of Batch 19, saw it and wanted to try it.

Also picked up a BBC Coffeehouse Porter, in case the Batch 19 sucks.

So far, not too bad, it's the typical American lager but with some flavor.

Oban 14 with a mexican Coke chaser while installing a "big 3" electrical upgrade and an OBA system. Saving the last of my Glenmorange 18 for the locker install(s) next month.

BigTim, I see you're from San Antonio. You ever go to Blue Star Brew Pub? I have a friend that lived in the arts complex next to the pub, and she brought us there. It was excellent. I also really enjoyed Waxy O'Connor's and Pig Stand while we were in town.

Is that a solid aluminum ashtray?

Also, whatcha puffin'?

Nah, at first I hoped it would be solid (ordered it online) but now that I've had it for a few months, I'm glad that it isn't. It's cast aluminum with a 3/16" wall thickness, it's pretty heavy as it is. I move it around the shop as I work and it would suck to have to lug around a 10 pound ashtray.

The smoke is a Viaje Platino in Jefe size. They are a kinda hard to find, limited release cigar; Viaje ships out batches two or three times a year. I tried them for the first time when I was in Denver over the holidays and I think they are my all time favorite.

Just got back from the local pub with the FIL, had a BBC Steel Rail, 3 Tank 7 Farmhouse Ales, and a double shot of Crown Royal Maple.

Typing is effing hard.|

EDIT: That was within an hour and a half. I think I'm all set for the night. This is gonna be fun.
