Just got home from work and started to drink Rouge Voodoo Doughnut Bacon Maple Ale and watch SoA on Netflix.

Cisco Brewers Winter Shredder.

Either it's skunked or just plain gross, I can't tell. It isn't often I think a beer is gross, especially gross to the point that I won't finish it. We'll see if I get half-way through this bottle before I dump it and try another. If the next one tastes the same, it's just gross.

EDIT: This beer isn't gross. The next one was really good. The next day, I had another good one. Then a bad one, then a good one. Seems like there's something up with this 6er, half are good and half are bad.

Nothing at the moment but last night, we had to try some new beers at work.. Batch 19 was delicious, The new Blue Moon Seasonal is kinda gross, Redds Apple Ale would be good if you like that kinda stuff, and Red Brick Hoplanta, it was okay. Batch 19 was really good though.

Well I hate to be bland but Im a domestic beer guy. Miller lite by the case lol or on the rare occasion my drink of choice would be Makers Mark bourbon with either Coke or Dr Pepper.

Very nice Mel... Pacific NW vineards are a bit obscure, but 14 hands has a great Cabernet. Off the beaten path is often the best place to be...

Thanks! Yeah Idaho has quite a few wineries, too and I try to stay as local as I can within my limited budget. I can certainly bring you down some to Moab if you'd like. Here' s the state webpage for them: IDAHO WINES.

But 14 Hands tends to be my fav.

The Bruery Marrōn Acidifiē.

For those not familiar, it's a sour. And it IS sour, like a facefull of lemons. Love it.

More of this. Didn't finish the bottle last night so I'll take it down today. Gus' 2nd birthday party just wound down, he's finally down for a nap, and all our guests are gone. Daddy needs drinks.

Adding coke to makers mark is a crime

Meyers rum floating on top makes a good drink great.

Margaritas without sufficient tequila piss me off.

I am drinking the last of a BV napa cab. I like off the beaten path reds, but its hard to beat a good napa cab

Drank a variety of CB & Potts microbrews tonight (Buttface, Snow Angel and whatever their pale ale is to be more specific). Definitely worth checking out if you live near a CB & Potts/ Rams restaraunt.

Green Flash brewery Palate Wrecker. Haven't taken a sip yet, but I've been told it'll live up to it's name...

EDIT: It's no stronger than the strongest IPA I've had before, but the hop flavor lingers much longer.
