They’ve done such a colossally terrible job plowing here that schools were closed again today even though most of the roads were completely clear. And they closed again tomorrow so the kids ended up with a third week of winter break.

I can almost understand the school shiat. Parents today are assholes. If they don't close schools, it'll be "it's unsafe. My kid will get killed on the way to school". But if they cancel and it doesn't snow that much, then it's "back in my day...blah blah".

The girl that works in our office texted this morning to say that her "tire is broken" and she won't make it in. How does this even happen unless you use a core tool to remove it? I see a valve core in a valve stem cap, am I missing something obvious?
