I'm there for my second year in a row. Leading Elephant Hill, running Flat Iron, Steel Bender, Kane's Creek, and Metal Masher on the other days.

^Yep, I'll def be there! This will be my first year and I am sooooo stoked.

Ooo yeah, you should be our condo-mate! Do it!
IF all goes according to my plan for my love/personal life, my pseudo-bf will also be in attendance (as my passenger).

good to see your moving, after the riot weekend in CO!

Ugh it was a crazy weekend! I got home Sunday evening went to bed woke up for a few hours monday and then back to bed slept all day Monday! I need more weekends like this, since Moab you need to train your body for the craziness that occurs after the trails, its like training for a marathon! LOL Can't wait!

FYI if we install your bumper on Sunday after the meet n greet I will be no help, since I will be so damn drunk by then! Did you get the template btw from ARB?

I just emailed the sales department, yeah im bringing them however they are on a strict leash policy. They don't do well in terms of minding off the leash, huskies. They are a run until they are exhausted and lost breed, especially my one thats part wolf, (shes a big sissy unless shes in here home, and feels strangers = danger) Hoping that the place we have has a fenced yard so i dont have to walk them all the time, but im thinking ill bring the long board so they are exhausted most of the evening.
yeah we might have to do the install monday, no rush just as long as we get it done, before we leave. LOL or possibly I can make it down to Las Vegas before and we can meet up and do it there. My cousin is talking about doing his birthday down there so we'll see, late april i think. its still TBD

Now that gone is less than 60 days away, no more procrastinating. Here's the to-do list:

Sliders: received and installed
Tube bumpers: Steel tubing ordered, awaiting delivery any day now.
Chauvet clamps for hi-lift mount, arrived. rig it up this week after I get nobs to attach lift to clamps
CB antenna received, waiting on CB
also waiting on quick fists for shovel mount - either inside back hatch a la drbandkgb, or hoseclamped to cross bars, TBD
last-minute decision: hardware and pucks for 1" or 2" body lift (TBD) ordered. Pucks shipped yesterday, still waiting on hardware.
It's going to be a modilicious two months...

Since mine's stuck in my garage with the leaf springs off, I can't go out and look right now. However, I just looked at Remy's instructions and no drilling was required for the Gen2 xfer case. Unless Hefty's significantly changed the design or if whoever Mel's using is different, no drilling required.

It's a Remy skid plate, so if you have the instructions, can you bring them? I need to get the hardware for it. Also, I need to clarify if I'm getting the t-case or tranny skid (heh, not sure, since I need both). Getting it from Creek.

Tools Required:
- 19mm Socket - 13mm Socket
Installation:
It is recommended to start installing in this order: Gas Tank – T-case – Transmission – Engine – Radiator. 1. Place Floor Jack under the center of the Transmission Skid Plate, roll it under transmission and raise it into place 2. Line the front slots of the skid plate up with the cross member stock threaded holes. Fasten with M8 bolts. If the Engine skid is also installed, unscrew the rear M8’s holding it and insert the front lip of the transmission skid between the engine skid and the cross member. – LET IS LOOSE.
3. Raise the skid into place, lining the rear 1⁄2” holes up with the stock holes of the t-case crossmember. Fasten with a 1⁄2” x 2 1⁄2” long bolts using washers and lock nuts. The fender washers go on the top of the crossmember. – LET IT LOOSE IMPORTANT: Do not overtight the long bolts – the top of the crossmember is soft 4. Do the same procedure for the center side of the transmission skid plate – this time installing shorter bolts (1 1⁄2”) with only lock washers. – LET IT LOOSE 5. Center the skid plate and Tighten all bolts
