And yes, our condo will def involve coffee and real sleep w/o aspirin the next morning, or puking in toilets (unless you're bulimic, in which case, use someone else's toilet in the condo, mine will be puke free).

Money is a B when you live far away. I found something ironic. It's exactly 806 miles between me and Moab as it is between me and Franklin, TN where NXM was last year. A cool $250 in gas round trip without counting wheeling gas. It's definitely do-able someday.
