The audio is the biggest thing for me. DTS is far superior to Dolby even in a good 5.1 configuration. And none of the streaming services can support the bandwidth of DTS.
This is why Kaleidescape is a thing. It's a stupidly expensive media server/player that stores digital copies of bit-for-bit movies. So you get all the bandwidth (video and audio) for all your content. You still have to buy the movies and they download to the server (60GB+ for a 4k blu-ray with high bitrate DTS-MA audio).
If I had home theater money, I'd have one. You can't get a better digital source.
