Hmm.. not sure Smoked Peanut Butter would work.. Might try a Little 2 Oz sample bottle for a test run.. Eh can always mix with ice Cream.. OR coffee...

This last Batch, used some of your Northern Land Whiskey.. " Forty Creek Canadian Whiskey".

So easy to make!. Only hard part is Not spilling any going in the Funnel Back to bottle.. ;-)

This batch, was shorter time frame.
I used apple, and smoked for 35 minutes. Cold smoke. NO HEAT!!!. Outside Temps. Just smoke only. Using the Metal Grate Smoke tube.. to create smoke.

Used a Foil pan, 8" x 14". Just good surface area. started the smoke. waited till BBQ had smoke coming out of the seams, and Vent slightly open.
Add Tray.. filled with whiskey.. Closed lid. set Timer.. DONE... Did drink the last few dribbles of the bottle.. just two drips.. But worth it ;-)


My First Batch was 1 hr 15 minutes.. It's okay.. more smokey flavor.. still tasty....

good stuff.. You should try it..

Or get one of the Smoke Tubes...
just fire it up, let it flame up for about 1 minute.. blow flame out.. should start smoking.

Use your bbq, or your smoke cooker you have for meats.. Just turn off the heat.. Heat Bad .

From the scale that means there are a lot worse apples out there than the red delicious..

scale is wrong. There should be a separate island for mushy nasty bs with the red delicious on it.

Depends how crowded it is, but I’ve been known to get a bit ‘reckless’ with the cart.

You're using a foil pan, right? My experience picking up BBQ in those things ain't the easiest if they're full of juice.. You've got Edward Steadyhands!

Skip the bottle. Place tray on ice. Use a straw

What ~1,200 lbs of rocks does to your rear end. Looks like it was sitting on the bump stops. Luckily it was less than a half a mile, slow, and about 15 minutes tops before I had them unloaded.

Yeah I was trying to avoid that. To open the hatch I have a Harbor Freight drop extension and there was so much play in the basket that two more bags on top of there dropped it another few inches. As it turns out we need about 10 more bags (that was 26) so should be easier next load.
