Since I'm talking about food I can't have as a part of the weight loss this is one of my favorite recipes which benefits from a lovely marinate and the proper cooking technique. A warning... don't put those dried chilies into your food processor if you don't want to break it like i did. Cut them up in pieces and throw them in your blender. I've also made it without the dried chilies and it was still wonderful. Quite easy to put in a bag and whip out on a hot grill in the field if this sort of thing piques your interest.

Did you get the shim that goes under the centering pin or “around” it?
Just the aluminum one that sit's there around the pin . I'll probably get the steel one in a 4 or 5 degree angle and put in later in the fall . I didn't like that the Al shim is narrower then the leaf pack .

Yeah, same deal with me and somehow, some way mine keeps turning itself crooked on my passenger side. Once it got to where it wanted to go though it hasn't moved since, so I'm hoping that just means something was slightly crooked and now it's where it needs to be. Still fully torqued to 90 ft/lb though.

Neat thing. I'm going to be helping TFL on youtube put together a Nissan 4x4 buyers guide. They've had a lot of NIssan content lately so I asked if they needed a hand with anything. Still have to work out details, but they're just up in Boulder so I told em I could come up and do a thing.
I've watched them quite a bit. They have a great channel

That is awesome! I've been a big fan of their content. Happy to hear we may see more Nissan representation. Always bummed when they do a budget off road rig feature and they seem to always have a FJ represent with no X or Frontier.

Selling a house sucks. We had a buyer, willing to pay 25K over asking, only to have their brother convince them to back out. Apparently this isn't the first time these buyers have flaked as our agent said _their agent_ would no longer work with them. And we can't put a real offer on a new house until ours is under contract.

House is back on the market.

How is that possible in this market? I couldnt buy a home right now if I tried, unless I am WAY over asking, first, have cash, agree to handjobs and sacrifice a virgin on the lawn. Metroplex housing market is INSANE.

You happy with your agent? Should be a steady stream of viewers, open houses and normally they shouldn't bug you unless they have something solid to share. Unless you live on top of a toxic waste dump you should have folks in the Dallas area falling all over themselves to make an offer. My agent (sold 2 houses for m) set a low price to get them in and fight with each other for a higher price. Should be a sellers market no doubt... especially with all the CA people moving to TX for a tax break. :)

Good luck and here's to getting several offers before the weekend is done!

Already have 3, just right at asking, not much above
Outstanding. I predict good fortune and a bucket full of money in your immediately future. :) Freaking ex would always bake cookies before an open house so it filled the air with "home". No idea if that shiz actually worked but it did make me hungry.

Same here. Cash only, way over asking, no inspections, buyer pays all costs. It's insane.

The crazy one to me is no inspections. Apparently if you ask for an inspection they'll decline your offer.

Jay,
My daughters house was on the market for 9 days before it sold (Castle Pines area) and the house they bought (Wash Park area) was a FSBO and they were the first ones to look at it. Seems that housing in town is moving slightly faster than in the burbs.
