I could maybe do that once a week. That's quite a bit of work when I could always use my "go-to":

180 calories in only 6 minutes! The cheapest (calorie wise) Lean Cuisine out there and my best friend in the weight loss battle when you are running on 1200 calories a day. In fact I had two this morning already! I have to admit though... your comment made me hungry and lifted my expectations slightly. :)
I used to eat those all the time for lunch. They were always just a bit too little.

But I tend to over eat.

Now my typical lunch is 30-40 min of cardio and a protein bar. Unless my boss has other ideas. like today. then it was a two meat plate, potato salad and okra.

oh well, such is life.

Yes too little but at 180 calories or whatever I can eat two. Just had 100g of grilled chicken, broccoli crown (roasted), half a pint of mushrooms (roasted) and some Chinese hot sauce... which I can't seem to lay off. Include the 1t of olive oil and it's 316 calories. I can live with that but I'd prefer a pizza topped with egg rolls.

The wife is making me some home made garlic fingers with home made donair sauce. It’s going to be a garlic night In this house
Man I can't eat that! There are probably enough calories in one finger plus the sauce to blow my entire daily budget! Probably worth it though...

That rust is insane. How is that even supporting the weight of the vehicle?!
That's the front side of the pumpkin/rear diff /what ever you care to call it ; looking toward's the back end . I can't believe it still hold's fluid . This same one that someone RECENTLY bought from Pa. the guy put Fiberglass patches' over hole's in the frame and they looked so bad if the new owner had just got on his knee's and looked underneath he probably wouldn't have bought it . Jeff's gonna weld new frame cap's just about from the back of the front wheel well to the rear shock mount's on both side's then a 12-14" piece behind that on one side . I've seen people junk better one's underneath in stead of throwing a motor in it .

I'm surprised everything attached to the frame didn't fall off when he put it on the lift . It's got extra transmission type tall jack's giving it extra support while sitting on the lift . I think I need a tetanus booster just from looking at it !!!!!!!!!!!!

Like I'd ever go to a KFC.

~16 years ago I worked for a lawyer and had to pick up his dry cleaning and cans of salmon etc. so he merged firms with this weird last lawyer and her fata$$ annoying employee outranked me. He went on vacation to Mexico, and they sent me to get them KFC for lunch. This KFC did not have a drive through, so I had to go inside. The nasty stench in that place smelled like a roasting rotted corpse - I almost fricking lost it. I didn’t eat chicken at all for probably a year or two after that.

long story short, no KFC ever.

12 more in the mill today. Don't know what's on the agenda.....

Got the Kawasaki carb put back together last night. The diagram in the factory service manual is pretty crappy and the rebuild kit didn't include directions. It was like a puzzle that ends in a fire ball if you don't get it right.

Today's agenda is replace the crappy 1/2 u-bolt's that twisted right where they came thru the flip plate and that was with 8lb's less then torque specified. Somebody sent me the wrong one's and then we believe gave me the wrong torque spec's . Now I've got the heavy duty 9/16's one's and also adding a 2.5 degree shim , Oh joy !!

Did you get the shim that goes under the centering pin or “around” it?

You couldn't pay me to go into a KFC. I guess the only reason to is if you are addicted to chicken, can't/won't cook and don't have a Popeye's in your area. :)

Mmmm.... spicy hot chicken sandwich.....
