Sooo... I bent the top spring in my right rear spring pack...the one that attaches to the shackle... my Xterra rides like hammered dammit... could I pull it off and bend it back strait or do I have to replace it?

I don't know yet. My Alienware computer hard drive died so I'm temporarily using my 12 year old Dimension running XP. The problem is none of my editing software works with XP. Also, no media player I can find for XP recognizes the format my Sony uses and when I convert it to anything that works, the quality is terrible. I've got my also old laptop charging right now. It's running Vista (ewwww) so I'll see if it will work tonight when I get home. I'll have a ride report with pictures up tonight for sure but video could take a while.

That's good Mech. My truck is good. That rocked pushed my front sway in about an inch. And pushed my bumper cover in about an inch also. Which in turn pushed in my gender liner and caused all that rubbing. Fixed that this morning. Need to order sway bar mounts.

None here. I've been doing laundry all day, haven't had a chance to clean my truck yet though. But I didn't hit anything, so if something did break, I couldn't tell ya how it happened.

I'm thinking it was going up that nothing but boulders hill, right after I asked "Do you want me to back down and hook up the strap?" And he said "Give me a minute, I'm working on it." You know, right before that avalanche/landslide and those meteor sightings started.

I've seen YJs do that to the front shackles. A friend had one that did it so often he carried a pry bar with him to fix it on the trail. I'm glad it wasn't a bent spring.
