Wire a switch to the starter.
I have to get the title back from the insurance company, with the keys so I can pick it up. But that may happen tomorrow. From what I can tell it was stolen over night out of my driveway sometime between 10:30 thursday the 12th and 7:00AM friday the 13th. Police called and insurance claim started,,,,,, fast forward to this morning. I get up to go to work and see that I have a missed call on my cell, along with a voice mail. I thought that it would be a wrong number from the time that it came in, 2:10am. Listen to the message and it is a deputy telling me that the truck was recovered, and where it has been impounded to.
Call the towing company and being on my way to work, stop by and take a look. Through the fence everythig looks normal, no broken glass, dents, spare is still on the back and everything. When I talked to the guy who towed it he listed all of the stuff that I normally carry, as well as the GPS, CB, OBDII, tools.
I have not looked inside yet, but from what the driver told me over the phone everything is as it should be.
Now I just need to figure out a way to make it much harder to steal.
