Nice. Looks like a great place to wheel.

Its more rubbing when it flexes not really when turning.Suspension lift of any kind will not resolve the rubbing issue. You might be able to relieve some of it by adjusting the turn stops. The rest will come from more cutting.
Oh! and looking for a Stock airbox if anyones got one laying around. And a fan shroud still...
I had a stock air box at WENT if I knew then......
And oh yeah.. break out the sawzall!
My friend has an h3 that in the winter time puts on mattracksUhm....................so................
What's the deal w/ the hummer that has track wheels!?!?!
BlasphemerThat's a hummer I would drive haha
Contemplated welding my front to the engine, trussing it and letting it be one skid overall.Picked up those Craigslist skid plates. and well yea deff used lol, the guy has the front and the engine one welded together. The paint is peeling but nothing a little elbow grease and time cant fix and a fresh coat of paint.
First step clean them up and separate the 2 skids. (since they are just tack welded together)
I dont have pics yet its still sitting on the roof of my truck until I can get it into my tech labs

Right now I'm torn, Im getting some bad rubbing from the 33's aready trimmed the fenders. It's more rubbing when the front end bounces. It's either I go for a PML or I just hold out until next summer and go with the 3" SL.
Any Opinions?

Still looking for a stock-ish airbox? I have my stock airbox that I had with my DIY snorkel set up. I snagged Casey's stock airbox because I wanted to back to "stock stock" (both airbox openings) since I was removing my snorkel. The front airbox opening is plugged (for snorkel), and there is a 2" PVC elbow glued into the box. It still works better than a "cold air intake". If you are brave enough to cut fender metal, you can hook a snorkel up to it pretty easily. I am taking my snorkel out because I wasn't happy with how I cut my fender...I am replacing my fender, and don't want to cut into a freshly painted fender.

As far as lifting...I have always been a fan of the adjustable shackles from 4x4parts.com and UCAs. I don't like adding leaf springs as it makes things stiffer. Revolver shackles are awesome but expensive. Adjustable shackles are maxed out at 2.125" of lift. UCAs give you ~3" in the front. It gives you some control over your rake to make sure you don't have too high of a rear end. If you already have the PML shackle...I would probably just do the PML and wait and see how much front lift you get. If you don't get much front lift, throw UCAs on later and upgrade the shackle to the slightly bigger adjustable shackle.
