Big props to ghost for helping spread the word of XN.. Each year I hope to have XN support gone a little more.. This is what supporting membership does for the community. Almost every dollar heads back to the community is some fashion.

I just can not wait till 2014! Me and KGB will be heading to the event in Francine

so, I got to thinking....what if next year I make a trip out to moab, but, don't really want to wheel, I'd rather ride shotgun with someone....anyone down for a setup like that? I'd run plenty of trail photography, as well as having a hero3 that I could add on the rig for some awesome trail video too....

There is always seat room available on the trails, but going all of the way out there and not wheel, is like buying a keg of non alcaholic beer.

Oh I might run an easy trail one day, but, don't have a large vehicle repair budget, so, if I go, part of the agreement with the wife is to keep the X from getting torn up...

True Dave...in the years past there were extra shirts.

We just didn't have the budget this year to pre-pay for shirts as in years past...hopefully with generous sponsors like Boulder Nissan this year (the event shirts were sponsored by them) we will be able to order a few extra in the years to come for additional sales.

We also wanted to create a little attendee envy...as they and the Trail Leaders are the only peeps getting shirts.

BTW - got the second XN sticker pack in the mail today, as well as the tool kit. Many thanks to you, Johann, Sean, and Allen for the generous support of the goodie bags and raffle.

A link to the trail guides is in the works, so everyone can get some additional information on locations, times, etc.


Also, tentatively keep your Monday evening open. We are working on a late entry Corporate Sponsor/Dinner, so stay tuned.

A huge thank you goes out to Daniel Wood and the team at Nissan North America for sponsoring pizza and soft drinks at Zax Pizza in downtown Moab, during goneMOAB.


The dinner will take place at Zax Pizza from 6pm to 8pm, and includes soft drinks for everyone!


Daniel and Chris from the Nissan North America Marketing Team will attend the Meet N Greet on Sunday evening, and then take rides on Secret Spire Trail and Fin's N Things Monday.


Please feel free to chat these gentlemen up, and thank them personally for their involvement and sponsorship when you see them on Sunday and Monday. The duo will depart Moab on Tuesday.
