When I got my Hardcore bumper and went to mount it Cory had grabbed bolt's from the wrong bin and they would only grab maybe 2 thread's into the nut . Missed it by a bin !!At it again.... but this time....
Now.... for those who have a Heftyfab bumper, what’s missing in the pic above?
The DAMNED nuts to mount the freakin’ bumper to their plates!!! I just can’t win lately. They are willing to send me the nuts but I asked them if they can send me a patch and I’ll get the nuts myself. Then I’ll have it done tomorrow and I can work on t
Did you have to buy two more crush washers or just use what came with your set? Finally got rid of the brake line hack
Should always use new crush washers. But there aren't any on the frame to axle lines. It's just flare nut on both sides.Did you have to buy two more crush washers or just use what came with your set?
So the four total the lines came with are enough? There shouldn’t be a washer on each side of the banjo fitting?Should always use new crush washers. But there aren't any on the frame to axle lines. It's just flare nut on both sides.
the 4 lines came with 4 there is no banjo on the rear lines, thats a dist block with a mounting hole. also the speedi bleeder is nice was able to run a full bottle of fluid though the systemSo the four total the lines came with are enough? So you’re saying all four washers are used on the front lines, and none for the back? I haven’t been up under mine to check yet - I’m basing this off a comment elsewhere complaining that there are six OEM washers. This
You need 2 washers for each connection to each caliper. So you only need 8 of the washers. And since it looks like he didn't change the caliper hoses on the rear, just the hoses from the frame to the axle, he didn't disturb any of the washers. So you’re saying all four washers are used on the front lines, and none for the back? I haven’t been up under mine to check yet - I’m basing this off a comment elsewhere complaining that there are six OEM washers.
I haven’t been able to find a good YouTube video specific to the Xterra process, so I’m flying blind.
You need 4 washers for the front. One on either side of the banjo fitting. And if you're doing the rear caliper lines also, Crown doesn't use a banjo bolt. Just a screw in fitting. So that only requires one washer. So you’re saying all four washers are used on the front lines, and none for the back? There's a point if you want to rid yourself of rubber brake lines.the caliper lines on the rear do not move during flex so saw no point in replacing them
Got a link to that bleeder setup?
maybe when I hit 100000 .. gonna be awhileThere's a point if you want to rid yourself of rubber brake lines.

Lookin goodCleaned up the sorry looking butt plastics and have the front bumper/suspension and frame a fresh coat. (Bumper got 2 coats of Steel-it, frame got the engine paint). Prepped with 180 grit sanding sponge and some wax and grease remover.

@ffxcoresHow's the slack on those brake lines at full droop?
How's the slack on those brake lines at full droop?
Weird. I’m 99% sure I replied. Anyhow, they’ve got plenty more slack than the sensor wire. I ordered 2” longer than stock and my stock ones with sway bar were stretched to the point I wasn’t comfortable. These are just right for my ~2” lift.
Pics?installed front camera inside front Nissan badge
I need to either bring it farther forward or drop it to below the top grill because too much is cut off by the bottom of the emblem. It’s as far forward as possible without drilling into the actual emblem. If you look at the one on the new Frontier or latest Titan it kinda sticks out beyond the front.Pics?
Actually looking at those. Also Ranger Raptor.Have fun over there, and get yourself a Terra
