You wanna come tidy up my wiring? You do nice work. All the little parts finally arrived, so I got this inverter installed under the passenger seat with a remote panel and socket on the passenger side of the center console.

This is the right way. In the next few months I'll be completely gutting my interior to get my wiring done and finished underneath. And also laying a BUNCH of dynamat down.I figured I'd redo my wiring proper when I pull my carpet this summer for cleaning and redoing my headliner....its mostly hidden but just tucked under stuff.
That looks GOOD! I like the updated 2nd gen badge too!So to finish the spring OCD detail I re-painted my rear hatch. It needed a Lil help.
No. I just like to heat my stereo and not my tires.Dynomat...good idea! Are you running a louder exhaust?
So do I. Once you dynomat the floor, ceiling and doors, it sounds way better.Ha! I have aftermarket stereo, I can drown it out....dynomat is now on my list though!
No. But I do line the door skin and replace the inner door plastic with it. So it makes the door super solid.Baffles....

That is no bueno!!
Stop. Breaking. shiat.
Are you running OE joints? Maybe look into grinding and running "full circle clips" ie snap rings. Also get the fully forged Spicer joints. 297X IIRC.

Would be nice but probably wont happenStop. Breaking. shiat.
Fully forged spicer joints, 4 spot welds per cap is what I have been doing. Ordering chromoly shaft that are set up for full circle clips. But ufck Canadian pricing on the shafts is ridiculous. 1200.00 plus tax and freight Canadian. So will probably order from Bronco Grave yard in Michigan or Wild Horse in CA as the shafts with joints are around 500usdAre you running OE joints? How are these working out? I have been looking around and these seem to be good .View attachment 16617 Happy birthday to me!!! Second one coming tomorrow. Little reorganization happening for Rausch Creek in July

When I walked into the garage this morning a field mouse booked it out from under my truck. Not sure if it already moved in or it was looking for a home. I set traps along the wall and one next to the tire as well. Hopefully in the morning I’ll have at least one.Dam Mice, added few Traps to the engine bay. Caught two mice this morning.
But the Crow was Really Happy. Dropped on the ground, with in time frame walking back seeing shadow.. Crow lands grabs fresh Mice.. POOF back in the air.
happy crow
Engine is safe.. trap re-set for stragglers.
Honestly, haven’t thrown them in the truck yet. Friends and family took up a lot of my personal time as of late and haven’t gotten away where they’re needed yet. On that note, I really do need to prepare for Rausch Creek It’s only a month away. Anyone selling extra time they’re not using? How are these working out? ICS Fabrication universal dash mount. Perfect fit. Putting a couple Ram ball mounts on it for phones and I’ve been shopping clinometers to put up there but haven’t found one I like yet. I think the intent is to install the other way so you can have stuff hanging down from it as well, but I like keeping the tray open.

I’ve seen people express that concern on Reddit posts of this mount, but i think it differs by year or by vehicle. Some say their tray pops out easy, but despite mine being removed and reattached many times, I couldn’t get it with a plastic trim tool, and had actual pain in my fingers trying to pry it up yesterday. Once I put this thing on, it can no longer flex upward in the middle (to relieve pressure on the tabs that are in the outer position) and I had a heck of a time getting it to pop back in.The only problem I see is that the tray isn't securely fastened to the dash. Under the right conditions it could pop out and go flying. I used a Ram trac mount instead.
