ok, here's the deal though, he's out, and free, it's not hard to catch someone off guard that isn't actively functioning in operational defensiveness mode. I'm "highly trained military" too, but, it wouldn't be hard to catch me off guard and drop a bullet in me when I'm not thinking militarily because I'm trying to maintain normal civilian life....
