Never done a beef shank. What avg temp do you run? About an hour a pound or you cooking a little hotter?
The smoker is currently sitting at 230. And i am cooking that shank until it hits an internal temp of 165( its at 88 internal temp right now). Might need to add a bit more heat this afternoon to make sure it will be ready for dinner

Both of the kids are here today. The younger one said she missed me while I was out of town. Turns out the only thing she missed was fighting with her sister.

1st day of school tomorrow. Hallelujah.

I want to swap a 2020 Altima wheel into the truck. That's what I had for the rental this week. And I liked the wheel a lot. the size was right, the styling was modern, just a few extra buttons to deal with. Quick research, the airbag is the most expensive part. I'm willing to bet that the steering shaft is the same diameter/spline count.

I need a clock spring and schematics for each vehicle, the new wheel, new airbag, and some soldering. I could make it work. And it'd be dope. I wouldn't normally bother, but the leather on my wheel is disintegrating and feels like shiat in my hands.

Ugh. It is ufcking awful here tonight. I know it's not hot but look at that humidity. I'm sitting on the back deck literally just sweating while doing nothing.

@TerryD as stated before, do F&F 4-6 as a standalone trilogy. It's worth it. It works. The franchise went full on heist movie.

Suspend belief for a few hours. Have fun.

5 is amazing.

6 is a great movie.

When you appreciate the totality of these movies, you greater understand the loss of Paul Walker. Knowing fully the send-off they gave him in 7. Even watching the end of 5 sucks. Because you know what's coming.

That's hard to do with something like automotive where I'm passionate. It matters to me.

And I've had to spend the last 20+ years listening to these ass-hats say "NOS" like it's a ufcking word....
