Would love to see George in concert eventually. So far we've gotten to see Clay Walker and Tracy Lawrence, saw Alabama before Jeff died which was great, and now Garth Brooks.

Have not seen the Phipps mansion. Going to have the kid show me next trip up.Well that makes me sad.. I worked at the Conoco (used to be highest gas prices in town lol ) at the end of the block and ate many a meal here. The Campus lounge across the street used to have a bomb breakfast burrito. I heard the owner Jim Wiste ( played in the NHL and for DU ) passed and not sure what it's like now. Was a pretty cool neighborhood I couldn't afford to live in. Have you seen the Phipps mansion?
