Might want to check out All Dogs Off-road, they were putting out some leaf packs and misc other items for the X suspension. I'm happy with their front coil springs and was considering thier leaf packs when I saw the OMEs in sale.

A couple people here have their leaves, maybe they'll chime in. They've got awesome customer support and tech help.

Oh shiat, haha.. ADO.. I get it now, it's early.

Stopped by a buddies shop to see his progress on his old suburban. I'm jealous. A full rotisserie and paint booth must be swell.IMG_4709.jpgIMG_5503.jpgIMG_5501.jpgIMG_5502.jpgIMG_5546.jpg
And he'd picked up a couple new projects that will be for sale above my pay grade.IMG_2727.jpg
He picked this wicked camaro up for a song and will be restoring the fastest camper special around. IMG_5256.jpgIMG_5261.jpg

I've got OME all around and here's what I can say ; The front is the standard duty [weight] replacement with 1.5 inch of lift but I also put in a .5" spacer in the top of the coil pack so I got 2.5" of lift . It was way stiffer then the original front suspension but who can say how worn out that was and after about 4month's I think it's a little smoother or my a$$ just got used to it . The rear spring's where a different story . Ever since I bought them I've had what I thought was a binding issue back there . Was it the leaf's ?, the greaseable shackle's ? the shock's ? What did I do wrong when I put them on ?? It was/is the leaf spring's . Come to find out when they ship them there getting tossed around pretty good and there breaking the hard black plastic liner's/glide's that keep the leaf from shifting side to side [ the binding noise ] These piece's are in the small square retainer's that are between the shackle's and the center of the leaf's . When you turn , the weight that shift's to your leaf spring's cause's them to go out of alignment [ side to side] . Just that little quarter inch piece missing make's it sound like your gonna snap something back there. And mine have gotten a little more rustier then I thought they would be .

I did get the piece's to fix the noise I just haven't had the time. Been busy getting 170 new trap's ready to go ! Here Crabby Crabby Crabby :p

What do you want for them? I dont need the carpet, but I want some rubber mats.
I dont care, fiddy bucks? Just gotta figure out how to ship them. Rear looks to be modified a touch right where it goes around the center console.

Well I went to Walmart today  And now that the frenzied buying is over I'm happy to announce it's the same old $hit show that it's been for year's !! Women , do you have these special outfit's you throw together just for wal+K mart's or are these just leftover's from your audition for the GONG show . Maybe if you backed away from the HAIR and NAIL salon's you could upgrade your wardrobe and ...........................I should probably shut up before someone's wife kick's my A$$ o_O Does anyone know if they make a portable Go-Pro I could wear without being noticed cause this could be a whole separate thread ! We could call it ?????????????

Really, you just need a switch to send 12v to the diff. If you get a waterproof connector like @JeffPro4x pointed out you need to send 12v to the diff and the other end goes to ground. Real simple. You won't get the dash feedback that the locker is engaged, but there's likely not a wire going to your cluster for that. If you wanted to, you could pull the entire cluster and get a new wire from there to the diff for the 2nd plug and have feedback. I'd have to consult the wiring schematics to tell you for sure on that.

Ok, nice. I've got the connectors Jeff pointed out in the cart as well a Carling dash switch. I've got 8 & 10g wire already.

The only thing that's keeping me from immediately going ADO is I just helped @xterraography install their BROverland leaf packs I want to say just 6-8 weeks ago, and when I saw them again a couple weeks later they already looked like they were made of bare cast iron and completely rusted. Like I'd worry they'd rust through and break in just a year or two level of rust. I'll have to ask them if the performance packs are coated the same way or differently.

New to the east coast? My alcans looked like they spend a year in the ocean after a month on the truck. Buddy's ome's were the same way.

Well. had Tom hante out a stripped wheel stud on the wife’s Kia Sedona. They have the dumbest park brake shoes I have ever seen. That and ufck the salt used in the roads up here. The brake dust was starting to rust weld onto the hub. Took me 4 hours to get the van all back together
