Um, yeah. Had little issue with the doctor telling me "You're gonna die." So I said what the hell, had it done. Aortic Valve replacement with a mechanical unit. Now we're just trying to get my coumadin levels squared away. I've had a couple more TIAs (scary stuff, let me tell you) but I'm plugging along. My speech is a little slow now too, but that should come back after a little bit.
Never thought 39 was old.

That offer of coming up to the house with the family is still out there. It would be nice little vacation from Lubbuttox.

Well good to hear everything is ok, 39 isnt old, if it is Im old also. Hang in there man, I see lots of folks our age and younger getting valve replacements.
The Fam. is good my oldest has his driving permit, the other three are doing all thir normal stuff, guitar, drums, dance, soccer and Me, well Im working my *** off to pay for all that good stuff.
I would love to come up there, I have plenty of PTO, I was just up at Platora CO camping and it was alot like Chevey Chase' movie Vacation.

Well, my 6 year old son says they say at school alcohol is a drug so in that regards, you can trust me to consume them, in moderation of course, as for work, my patients love me. Not sure if thats because Im a nice guy who is good at his job or I always have them druged up.

Yep, going to gone! Leading Hell's Revenge and probably gunning on Golden Spike (we're doing it backwards this year).
There's some rooms available in condos that only have a couple of folks in them so far. Join up over goneMOAB.com and post up in the condos area that you're needing a room. Or hell, camping, etc. But rooms are so much better. Or if you want, catch a place to stay and drive up to Denver, I have a couple of extra seats.
