OK, OK, I know I've said this before...

...this time I mean it. I have to sell Terra. Two Xs enter, one X leaves. So...

Click on my build thread to see all the mods and what not. She's a beast.

Info:

Original owner, 173k miles. All maintenance timely, full synthetics front to back. Clutch replaced about 100k, timing belt done twice, most recently at 155k (I did them early both times out of paranoia)
I have it posted locally on CL for $8500. I have way more than that in it in mods, but we all know how that works....

The CB handset stays with me, as does the powertank, but everything else goes with it, including the highlift

Originial owner?

Gah. Thats tough man.. I couldn't ever see myself doing that. Hope all goes well with the sale, and Terra goes to a good home.

I know, I know...and I've put her up for sale before only to change my mind, but I just can't justify keeping her, what with the other things I'm trying to put into place

Well, thought I had her sold. Salesman at a Nissan stealership of all places. He drove it, loved it, I took it to the stealership and let one of their master tech's give it the once over, he was impressed with how good of shape Terra was in. Final step, took it to let his wife see it....and that was the end of that.

So then I get a call from the first guy's boss at the stealership, who tells me first guy's wife vetoed it, that she runs the show, etc., and that HE wants to buy it for a trail toy. He drives it, he loves it, he has the Master tech's blessing...and then he calls his insurance, and they tell him they will only insure it for $2700 and he backs out.

So....Terra's still for sale, if anyone is interested...if not, I might be trading her for a pair of Honda ATVs.

A year ago I had a 1989 gmc s15 pickup and had full coverage on it ( mostly because it hauled work supplies) it got totaled out and they paid me $2800 for it no questions asked.. I can't believe a newer nissan would be worth less

Congrats bud.

Funny coincidence... My next journey is to the Lincoln National Forest. I should be stopping to resupply in Ruidoso on Saturday.
