Working on getting the house straightened up. Well, the kids are. I went through the bills earlier.
We hauled off the recycling and I returned a few parts to the Nissan dealer as well.

Much happier with this attempt.
Kinda threw it together though. Used mostly mexican blend cheeses (packs from food lion). Left out the onion. Cooked the sauce down before hand so it wasn't as wet in the crust.
Rolled the crust out first instead of trying to knead it into the pan. That worked much better!
I also baked it with my dutch oven lid on it this time. Took about an hour to bake.
Went and got the stuff for salad to go with it. Need some veggies today. Plus I needed to replace the bacon and pepperoni from that the wife bought for Christmas finger foods I used for the pizza.

Hey TerryD , I have to tell you why I said mix the pizza and pork butt together. Late one evening at my father's bar/restaurant probably in the 80's one of my dad's friend's wanted to get a pizza and the kitchen had closed about 15 minutes earlier so I said I'd turn the pizza oven back on and make him a pizza when it was hot enough. Mind you it was pushing midnight when it was hot enough and we had been in the bar since 7ish,[ drinking hard] I only lived across the street, not to far to fall. Well my dad's friend started eating the pizza and on about the 2nd piece he said Damn this is a lot spicier then normal so my dad grabbed a slice , an took a couple bite's and had tear's coming out of his eye's. Well some dummy put the cocktail sauce on the pizza shelf and I used it
Anyway my dad's friend said he'd appreciate it if I'd throw some shrimp or clam's on it to go with the cocktail sauce. Alway's been thinking of different combo's since then even though I'm not a big pizza eater myself ...............
