I had the worst migraine I have ever had yesterday. I coughed once, thought i was truly going to die based on the pressure in my head alone. I have no idea how it started. Today I feel completely wiped.
Anyone have migraines? If so what do you do? I would have jerked off a rabid racoon for relief yesterday.

I personally don't, but the wife and mother-in-law both do. My wife they are caused by overheating, took her a number of years to make that connection, so she will put ice packs on the back of her head and just lie in bed until it goes away. Or take a cold bath. The mother-in-law usually just takes a Tylenol and puts one of those magnet pouches on the back of her neck, then takes a nap.

don’t get them myself. But the wife gets them and if left unattended her migraines can get quite painful
at the earliest signed she takes 2 extra strength acetaminophen and 2 extra strength ibuprofen with a source of caffeine ( coffee/monster/red bull). And if left uncontrolled too long we will add in Gravol and do this mix every 6 hours with ice treatments until it passes
The best thing for a headache I found is oxygen, if you got an oxyacetaline torch crack open the oxygen valve and start breathing it in. The wife gets migraines quite a bit and nothing seems to help her, after puking a few times she usually starts feeling better.

ok. You're in commie Chicago area so no auto. Good knife on the cheap but affective....buck, and it's on sale. Traditional folder. Made in good 'ol U.S. of A and a good blade. However, it's 420, get a sharpener if you don't already have one.

I got all the men in my wedding party and both my teenage boys the Kershaw OSO Sweet folder. I found them on Sportsman's Guide and had them all engraved with their initials. Under 30$ each and easily my favorite, lightweight, go to knife and daily carry. Check em out. Spring assist, holds an edge nicely and just feels good. I've got better ones but think this is probably my favorite..
