So I have decided that after labor day I'm going try and drop some weight and get back into shape. I will be using my fitness pal and Samsung health to track my progress. If you want to join me find on them and friend me, I'm harryron on both apps.

i used to use my fitness pal, and was religious with it, every single thing I ate or drank went in. Then i got tired of sharing my alcoholism with my friends list and quit.

Going to try the meet rabbit thing again. But this time going to free range them in with the goats. I have had 2 males in with the goats since early spring and they have been doing great. So picked up a new female with 5 3 week old babies to put in there also. Will see what happens.

I threw the idea to send me to Ft. Collins for a few days in december to my boss. He wasn't against it. Said he does have reason to go out there and he may be able to push it until then...so free flight to visit Jay is highly possibly (oh and my brother I guess)
