So for anyone thats into HAM radio....I heard that the FCC is all over Baofeng for advertising one of their radios can be used for better range than the normal walkie talkies. This is nothing new but it is illegal to do and they advertised it.

Before anyone says anything i know Baofeng is Chinese crap. But hey its cheap and works well for the price.
