Yeah I was given Tramadol and some kind of muscle relaxer and the did not really do shiat for my back. The thing that helped the most was alternating heat and ice every half hour though my back still hurt for a week and a half.

I need to decide which roof rack to mount on the wifes frontier. I can modify my spare xterra rack or can use the rack from my 89 path finder. I like the look of the xterra rack as it is close to what the frontiers come with but the one from the pathfinder sits about 3" lower. Any opinions?

id go with Xterra rack. besides reworking the bars for the roof dip of the Xterra, i here its a much better looking swap over. hell even the guys with the D21 pathys use gen 1 racks sometimes.
