They have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. When you call, a human answers right away. Then it is a human that can actually help you! Mind blown! Seriously, even if they are more expensive than other suppliers I buy from them because they back their shiat up. I had issues with a head unit, the software update wouldn't load. They sent me a return label free, updated a new head unit on their bench and tested it, shipped it, and I received it in 4 days. All free....good dudes for sure.
