=/ I finished wiring up my roof boobs. But they don't work. And somehow I blew the fuse going to the switch. I don't understand. I tested the lights, they're correct. Before I soldered the connector on the lights, I plugged it in and metered the connection on the roof. Got 12v on one leg, then the other, just as expected. Put the two together, and nada. I am not happy right now. The car seats in the back prevent me from ripping into the fuse box and finding the problem. On low beam, the draw should only be about 1A, on high beam its about 3A. Neither of which should have blown the 15A fuse that I'm running on. I don't understand. At all.

It absolutely would. But I tested the wiring on the boobs. And there is no short. And when I hook the boobs to the bench test power supply, they work great. That's what doesn't make sense. I tested the wiring, 12v at the connector on two different legs (high and low beam), worked exactly as it should. I'm now wondering if the diodes that I installed to Y the upper LED of the switch is causing problems. The diodes were rated for 10A. But the only thing they should be worrying about is the small LED in the switch. Not the actual load. This is why I'm confused.
