I'm having technical difficulties....on multiple fronts.
Don't hit it too hard. Wouldn't want to loose a nutWelp. Time to hit the sack. Night errbody.
spent 12 hours today getting a transmitter back online. Had to replace two pieces of hardware and perform three software updates to get it workingI'm having technical difficulties....on multiple fronts.
Me too. Been watching some "how-to" videos. Doesn't look as complicated as I thought.I want to TS now. Plz gimme.
It's not complicated. Just 'spensive.Me too. Been watching some "how-to" videos. Doesn't look as complicated as I thought.
I'm having a wierd one too. Older proprietary system, has a P4 cpu/mb wouldn't power on. New power supply got it to spin up, but wouldn't boot. Found older power supply that allowed it to boot. But it's till not working. Ha e to disassemble and hook a monitor to the board so I can see what it's doing.spent 12 hours today getting a transmitter back online. I'm sure she will.yayy! i love it. will she drink the vodka dranks with me as well?
turns out ben bought it for himself, then decided i'd like it and try to steal it so he gave it to me before i could commandeer it.

Maybe. I need to actually see it to know just how proprietary it is. A cmos reset might Bork the whole thing. It's designed to be run headless and is a Linux based OS that runs a media system. Watching the network, the correct ip address came up one time, but the software never showed up on the network.that's funky. sounds like the time to pop a cmos and reset the bios.
Hardly. Of all the things that can anger me today, you sir, are at the bottom of the list.
Then again, it's entirely possible that the cmos battery is dead and that's why it's not booting correctly.Maybe. I need to actually see it to know just how proprietary it is. I think the initial problem was a power supply, but these things are proprietary af, and I'm not sure we have a spare sitting around. And we want to replace them with a competitor's product any way.I'm having a wierd one too. Older proprietary system, has a P4 cpu/mb wouldn't power on. Meh. All the big boxes are the same to me in that regard. Just depends if you find what you need/want.Lowes is better for garden stuff than Home Depot, right?
