I'm pretty superficial when it comes to cars, and I wouldn't drive a Juke based solely on looks...regardless of the fuel economy. I just don't like the looks of them.

On a somewhat related note, which set of lights are the head lights, and what are the other lights for? Fog lights? Accent lights?

It's definitely not for everyone. I'm not a big fan of the way it looks either, but aesthetics are usually 5th or 6th on the list of things I look for in a DD. Would I drive one if it was given to me? Yes, and I'd love the hell out of it. Would I buy one, with money? No...there are too many cars in the same price range that I prefer.

The big round lights on the ends of the grill opening are the headlights. The weird fin ones on the top edges of the fenders are turn signals/corner markers. Fog lights would be in the far ends of the bottom splitter piece with the big round holes in it.

I find them to be quite ugly looking. But then went and test drove the turbo-charged and had a thrilling time hitting the governor on the speedometer. Even if it is ugly, it is a pretty peppy and fun car to drive...if you drive like me without regards to fuel economy, haha!

Yeah I take a lot of interest in them. When I get a wife I'm confident I'll talk her into ownership of one. Its not a man's truck rugged around the edges. But, great family car. Tons to power on tap, safety and comfort of awd. Has suv like seating position allowing the car to be easy to get in and out. The practicality in my mind is hard to beat. Personally I feel the looks are ahead of its time. Perhaps like the Isuzu vehicross time will make it look better. It's not that I like the way it looks it's that I like how different it looks.

I've always loved the Vehicross. It's a shame they only made them for a couple of years, but that was more a result of the manufacturing process than consumer interest. If I knew I could buy one that would be as reliable as a new car, I might not now have the Xterra. I'd love to have a smaller off-roader. Although, I'd be giving up a bit of towing capacity, so maybe not. Still, the Vehicross was the shiz, especially the Ironman edition. But I dig that yellow up there too.

And I really like that rack on the second Vehicross above. Anyone know if that was an Isuzu accessory or aftermarket?
