That place is a dead zone anymore.. All I see is noobs.. None of the old guard..
Thanks buddy, happy to be here. I have so many how to's and subscribed threads on TNX that it makes a complete switch nearly impossible, but I have to admit the BS I have been seeing lately has given me some serious doubts in the leadership there.Happy to see you on XN Macguyver!! You are one cool cat and enjoyed hanging with you at nXm and afterwards when we dropped off supplies for the tornado victims in Alabama.
^ honestly MAC one of the things you could offer in here would be VIP giveaways and announce them in the general forum. It wouldn't have to be anything special but it would probably generate more interest in the lifetime membership.
I haven't read who the vendor was but let guess jersey parts?
I can't even begin to fathom the amount of potential customers he lost from his comments today.

it's truly a shame to see TNX turn into a pile of "mierda"....after all, it was home to a TON of really useful info....
also, yes, mac, we do know....about that one thing, don't worry though, we won't tell your wife
Haha you guys are fu knee
If you didn't have a big built rig, very little respect was given.
Not to keep dragging this on but from my perspective. Like 5 years ago when I first joined tnx, it was a great forum a bunch of friendly supportive people. Then it started to change. Hard to notice at first but it felt different. Cliques started forming and new people were brow beaten.
If you didn't have a big built rig, very little respect was given. Fortunately I have a great group of guys here in Florida. We don't get together often but any one of us would help each other out at the drop of a hat. So I stuck it out over there.
Then AG took over. Didn't like it but still put up with it. We slowly started losing any kind of control. We were told "nothing will change". Well that was BS. We lost our voice. People were getting banned for stupid stuff or no reason other than voicing opinions.
New stuff was popping up for money making schemes. With no explanation until we called them out on it. Moderators started getting gobble complexes. I could keep going but you probably get the idea. There was no feeling of community anymore.
Then came the whole mobile app thing this week. Not a big deal to some. But to some of us it was the last straw. The corporate thugs saying "its our way our the highway". So to shorten this long story many of us took the highway...and now that we're/I'm here, I feel a better place. Hell, after a few days I've become a supporter.
The Nation feels like TNX did way back when I joined then. I gained so much knowledge there, its their loss. Bringing that knowledge here.
Now back to the regularly scheduled broadcast.

This was exactly how I was treated and I joined months before the AG thing. Anyone who has seen my threads knows I want my X to look good. I don't care for trails or all that nonsense.
Haha you're a mod of the southwest central regional area. That's like what ten posts a week we're all too spread out lol. But really though, I wish I cold get my Okie buddies to move over to XN.
Hey, just sayin, not all mods are bad
I'd happily handle any responsibility level, if the forum was one I could stand to be on...
