Also, it's a really good thing I'm not trying to buy another vehicle right now. Doing my monthly unicorn search for 2D Pathys and 02 SE/SC manual Xs.

These motherufckers are insane.

A solar yellow 04 SE/SC with 175k on it for 15 grand? Absolutely not.

There's 99 XEs that people are selling with over 200k on them for $9000.

Im sorry, what? I know the used car market is insane right now. But there's no planet in existence where a 20 year old car with 250k miles on it is worth 10 grand.

I wish I was high enough to accept that. Because I'd be really ufcking high.

First day in the books. Did pretty well, other than one tree jumping into the race course and removing the pesky passenger rear fender for us. Late night parking lot repairs mean we little sleep but are back at it early. Today is 292 miles back towards Vegas. If you make it to Tonopah, skip the food at this place, it sucks. But the Mucker Red Irish Ale was goooooood905BE670-15BB-44F5-8952-50E0DCBD44DF.jpeg487581AD-CB01-49F7-ADAB-74C6E9F50DA3.jpegC70FBAE3-2D00-4F4F-BB66-2D78D04F46FF.jpeg8DEDC2D9-9554-4E2B-8153-4A986D6BD1F9.jpegA4941E37-EA59-4D66-8884-27B41A95C995.jpeg

Not saying it's right, but i went about 10k miles with P0430 before replacing Cats. When i did, the insides looked fine. If you want aftermarket replacements make sure you look into the rules where you will be registering it in CO when you move. You may know we now have the California rules on CARB compliant converters, not sure how that works when you move.
I cleared the code and drove 180 miles back to Moab last night. The check engine light didn't come back on, so fingers crossed. I guess I'll order some cats, probably OEM and be ready. @jcco Thanks for the heads up on CO rules. I haven't even thought about that yet. :-D

You can do whatever you want before coming to CO. The law makes it so you can't buy or install non CARB cats in the state. If you are in a different state, you can and then bring them in.

I mean shiat. I sold my 1st Gen like 5 years ago for about that. But I feel like that was a special situation since it went to a fellow enthusiast.

Apparently there is a nation wide hold up on Kawasaki parts and I'm tired of Blondie begging to ride my Suzuki so we started putting the Bayou back together today.

Still have to start it by hand but at least she's not trying to wreck my quad.

We replaced the coil and CDI module and when we started it, it was STILL running like crap. I spent an hour going over the charging system and began wondering if the new coil or CDI was bad. I just happened to decide to pull the plug just to see if it was carb related (acting lean).

Turns out she had dropped the plug the last time we worked on it after we did the compression test.

I think I can hear the sizzle o_O Lol . Probably be upgrading the stove shortly down the road so what's ur opinion of the Samsung ? I do have a Samsung cell phone / surround sound / TV that I've been happy with but they've been making them a long time.
This particular model has a few options that my wife and I really love. There is a proof function that lets you proof raise bread as well as a dehydrate function.
