That's authentic old Cajun jambalaya from a friend of mine who grew up in Louisiana.
You can add a couple sticks of celery chopped up to the veggie mix if you'd like a well.
Moving update, I've lost count...
A truck showed up around 430. This was plan d, I think. C flaked, but told me it would've been a side gig. They also told me to plan a backup. B' flaked as well. They had an accident yesterday, but emphatically said they'd be at our old house by noon today. So mrs got ahold of d. When they showed, they were apprised at the amount of stuff, they thought it was just a few items. They moved the important stuff, like beds and clothes, and said they would come back tomorrow to finish. I'm just ready for this to be done.

Phone stopped charging with wireless charging pad.( pad still charges wife’s iPhone XR no problem. Attempted travel wireless charging pad and still no good). I’ve had this current phone for a few years now and it’s survived the heat of Kuwait and the BS of the last 3 years in the field.
I am eligible for an upgrade. Pondering getting the iPhone 12 mini. 126g memory and 12 gigs of data for $75/monthly($50 for services and $35 for the phone) if I upgrade ( currently paying $50 for 5 gigs of data). I can then turn around and sell my current phone for a couple hundred bucks
or I could keep my current phone and just suck it up and plug it in it’s still charging and holding descent charge Until it royally shiats the bed.

So in a non sarcastic way how long should I wait to contact them again? I order these over 6 weeks ago and if I wouldnt have emailed them I dont think they would have contacted me yet. I dont want to seem impatient but I fell like I should at least get an ETA not just a "We make them as we get the orders so its going to be awhile" reply.
