If you notice how far the rib;s stick up these are to be used with a spacer or they will strip lose when you go to tighten because they'll stop at the end of the thread's not at the top hat [ ask me how I know, been there done that ] are u using a spacer ?

My company pays us a lot of money to answer the work phone after hours. Especially considering we can only roll trucks in emergencies, and only for life safety or utility type calls. Because if I have to dig up the DOT exception for emergency service work beyond our time limits, I’m getting my call out money plus the 8 hours OT, whether I work those hours or not.
