He's good. I'll let him know he needs to swing in and hang out.Oh shiat! How's Obi doing? Haven't talked to him in years. Did you tell him he should grace us with his presence?
I may have missed it, what shafts did you end up using?
Trying to find MT non-p4x M226 Shafts to run an ARB.I may have missed it, what shafts did you end up using?
I'd be all over helping if I didn't live all the way across the country.Talking with @IssacHunter last night and he made me s deal in some PRG TRE extensions so I'm gonna run them for now. I have a full set of spare Xterra TREs so might as well get use of them.
Getting close to go time. Who's coming to help me install this stuff and eat BBQ?
I got plenty of yard to camp in and live right in George Washington National ForestI'd be all over helping if I didn't live all the way across the country.
SAME. I'd love to swap stories!I'd be all over helping if I didn't live all the way across the country.
When you buying pizza and beer?TRE extensions arrived today. When you dirt bags coming over to t-swap my shiat?
I usually cook something, like BBQ or tacos or jambalaya......When you buying pizza and beer?
You had me at "cook something"...I usually cook something, like BBQ or tacos or jambalaya......
No gasket. Don't waste your money. Get the gray RTV. Follow the directions.Didn't you put an ARB cover on the back axle ?
If so ;
I just ordered one from Z-1 . What gasket/sealer did you use
I wheeled many many hard miles with stock steel covers with no issues and then I've fought to keep this $200 door stop sealed since day one.Curious.... I love mine. Had it for many diff dragging miles...
I remember researching it and the only alternative I could find was the Delrin ones from PRG (write-up on the painful process). However looks like CJD also carries them now: https://cjdracing.com/products/lca-delrin-bushingsMan my lower control arm bushings were TRASHED. The sleeves are completely loose in the driver's side and one of them in the passenger side is as well. I wonder if anyone makes a good poly bushing kit for our LCAs?
The SPCs are still in great condition all around.
I cut the sway bar brackets off the Titan LCAs. I probably wouldn't bother doing it again. The welds are difficult to make nice cuts on.
In the morning I'm gonna wash everything really good and then start putting things back together.
Well, installed my Fumoto valve and engine skid.
Houston, uh, we have a a problem here.....

Looks like I'm going to have to get the short nipple version instead.
It's been installed, I can't exchange it. I'm debating just going with the factory plug. This was supposed to be less hassle, but no, can't have that. When i get home ill look and see if the one I've never installed is a shorty. Unless you can swap them no chg..
