Anyone have any experience with this? I like the look of it without having to use VHT.

idk how your laws are in TN but i would see if it follows them. everything around here has to be DOT approved.

you can remove the paint. i had to do it to my diesel. denatured alcohol or gasoline worked on mine.

I tried tint film and it was a huge pain. I just gave up with it. Unless you get a pre cut to fit just right I had a very hard time because with the different angles on the lights it kept wrinkling. I just used VHT and it turned out awesome if you clear coat, wet sand, and polish. Also like everyone said it comes off. I wanted to redo mine and acetone wiped it right off.

If you do it lightly (like I did on mine) then it isn't shiny.

How dark do you want yours? I just tinted mine to where you can notice, but they aren't black.

It only will turn out shiny if you wet sand and polish the clear coat...the times I did it at least

Yea, I just used some acetone and it comes off with a litte elbow grease
