IMO they arent great. I run stock skids, but I pick more careful lines than I would if I had a set of Shrock or Heftys. They are very thin, more like scratch plates instead of skids...

I have known a few people to double them up, just until they can get aftermarket ones.
They can take a beating on some minor stuff. But they are just thin aluminum plates, so they will only protect you but so far.

They are good against brush but don't expect them to hold up your vehicle if you get stuck on a rock.
