I have some sad news Im afraid. On Oct 28th, my birthday, my mom took her own life. Yall are a great group of people here and my mom got a kick out of how much I talked about this site and the people I talked about here and how much I loved yalls X's and she couldnt wait for me to get mine lifted and loaded and head out to NXM 4 with me. i am now a dad to my two younger brothers and having to fight in court against my deadbeat dad who is trying to take them away for a financial gain on his part. So I ask that you guys continue to keep me, my brothers, and my family in your prayers and dont worry my X will be lifted and ready to rock with yall at NXM 4 because I know she wouldnt want it any other way.
I see now what youre saying about the wording "uses" but never mentions "included" but hey if that's the case Ill pick up some new ones. Mine are for sure bad. I knew the steering was kinda already shot but some idiot was on my side of the road down a back road and well I took this big pothole and now I got crazy play in the Steering and crazy bumpsteer and I got 145K on the stock stuff so Ill just replace them anywaysWell I just took a look at the site and it still does not actually say it comes with the ends if you read it real good, this is the same mistake I made and also the picture has some ends in it but they are for the Center Link. Again this is a good system, all you need to do is just get some new ends from a parts store unless yours are fairly new or in really good shape.
Well calmini emailed saying minimum 4 week back order and I can't wait that long so I went with grassroots centerlink, total chaos iab, new idler arm, new pitman arm, bandit 4x4 bushings, AC HD TRAsSee if Calmini offers a set to go with there kit, if not im sure they would know what a good brand would be, Im thinking Moog myself.
well with my X being my DD and come January ill be back in school and going to court dates and all so that's a minimum 30 miles a day.I waited about 2 months to get mine, 4 weeks isn't that long unless you are going somehweres that you will need it on before hand.
Yeah I understand but I had a few reasons for switching though. The Rockstars are the wheels us boys bought my mom for mothers day this year and we are gonna be selling her Tahoe soon and we couldn't really let them sell with the Tahoe and go to someone else. Also these wheels are powdercoated and the Hoss's were painted and get dirty easy and the clear coat needs some work like buffing and stuff and since ive been bedlined I now hate buffing, polishing, waxing and all that so they are a pain to me in that spec and I didn't want moms wheels setting in the basement forever. Im definitely changing the star and idk if the machined look is what I like. I may just painted or powdercoat the machined part to red to match the truck like this jeep. But only on the spoke partsI liked your old wheels more. to each their own, though. Keep up the hard work, mate.
Sent using highly technical equipment involving satelites and space and nerds.....lots of nerds...
Yeah I do and thought about that but I wondered if I did that If it would affect the balancing of the wheels and mounting them on tires. but I wish I could find a pic of the other jeep I saw with color matched rockstarsThose are going to look mean. Do you have any of the bedliner left over? What if you color matched with that? on more than just the stars
