Living room, it could double as an end table
Unfortunately I did not get the manual with it. Guy we got it from was the 2nd or 5th owner and didn't have it. The table *feels* tight but we do need to go through it and check everything out. I would love to have a turntable, DRO and power feeds. Just gotta find it all at the right price.Nice! I run a old Tree Mill at work for our engine machining. Did you get the manual with it? First thing I'd do is to adjust the table, make sure there's no play in it (.001"-.003" nominal). It's amazing what a guy can do on those things. Get a turntable too. Those things make a mill so much more versatile.
The Serial Number indicates this is a machine from 1948 - for those of you who are into that sort of thing
I knew Jeff and I wouldn't be the only ones who dig on that stuff.Hell yeah I am. I'm a CNC Mill Machinist. Currently run a Hass VF11.

That's a good sized machine in the haas line. What type of work do you do?
I don't know if I like harass because they are what I grew up on or if they really are as good as i think they are for the money, but I'm a haas fan. Maybe I just haven't been spoiled by the 7-figure Japanese true 5 axis machines
