Huh? Rivnuts spin. Some are covered by roof support structure. You have to cut holes in said support to access them. Especially the 4 across the front for the air dam and at least 1 on each side of the front rack foot.

Can confirm and did same. Rivnuts in roof support rails. I think I have an old old pic somewhere. Will try to find.

I dynamatted my roof while my headliner was out too. So worth it. I also took it a step further and added a layer of denim insulation to the inside of the headliner. I get zero wind noise from the roof.

That shiz is heavy as hell not to mention expensive lol. It didn't bulge the liner at all?

It wasn't that expensive. I just got it at lowes and it didn't bulge my headliner at all. I went with denim insulation cause I didn't want the pink stuff for health reasons.

Bucktooth grill is here. I'm going to disassemble it. Paint the silver flat black, paint the burger flat, and reassemble. So the grating will have a slightly different color to it. Should make enough contrast to be interesting.

Turns out I also have some leaky riv nuts.

Prep work is done for the wiring. Next is to pull the roof rack, vinyl the roof, and commence wiring.

The headliner is dirty as ufck. So I might have it recovered while I've got it out. Called to price a new one with the proper cutout for the new overhead console. $360. Nope!

And I see what you guys mean about the riv nuts across the front. They're completely inaccessible. Oh well. That's what a dremel is for.

Your wiring is seriously a work of art compared to mine..... You are likely to have a heart attack just looking at it. Keep up the awesome build!
