It's all I run in any of our vehicles, year round.Orange RainX is the only washer fluid. Period.
I'm gonna have to try this, since my washer fluid light on Gamora is telling me it needs to be filled anyways. It's all I run in any of our vehicles, year round.
Yes. Do it. It's the only washer fluid you every need. Just need to remember to top if off if you EVER take you truck in for ANY kind of work. Because if it's not brimming full, places love to dump that blue garbage in the tank.I'm gonna have to try this, since my washer fluid light on Gamora is telling me it needs to be filled anyways.
It's RainX, bug wash and de-icer all in one bottle. And it even smells nice. There's no reason to run anything else.I'm gonna have to try this, since my washer fluid light on Gamora is telling me it needs to be filled anyways.
Sounds like a win all around! I'll have to pick some up for sure. It's RainX, bug wash and de-icer all in one bottle. And it even smells nice. There's no reason to run anything else.

On a side not, my new backup lights are wired up, and working! Just finished getting the wires run through the tail light wire grommet, and getting everything hooked up.
Failed to inflate with Nitrogen.. @ 35 PSI.. would have prevented Lava Deflation. ;-)Just a Reminder for Tires Going into FALL. Blinker Fluids topped off as well. LED Blinkers takes Special Blinky Fluids. ;-)
Here we have to remember to putfire proof air in ourView attachment 25392tires before lava season. This guy forgot to prep ;( ………
I have the TRIGGER 4 wireless system in my X so no wire's passing thru thing's .I donʻt have the mechanical talent and knowledge of you guys so I look for cheap and easy things to do. While I did put extra led driving lights on the front of my X, I have no appetite for running wires through the body and roof for extra lights. Since I donʻt really need all those different lights all the time, I found this one magnetic LED short light bar and an auto auxillary power extension cord. The extension cord can be used to run it out a door window rather than closing the wire in the back hatch (which you can also do). With this combo, I can have a rear facing light on the roof if needed to back up at night, or an additional front spot light. I can also mount it under the rear hatch when up to make a light for eating dinner and working out of the back of the X. And, if you know how to fix engines, you can stick it to the inside of the hood for a work light. With the extension cord you can drag it quite aways away to put in a tent or for whatever else you need to do. The magnet is super strong, no problem driving with it on the outside of your X. Hereʻs the link on Amazon, $40 for the light, $10 for the extension.

Thanks. Hadn’t seen those. Pretty cool. You still have to run power to roof lights etc. correct? Just don’t have to run wires for the switches.I have the TRIGGER 4 wireless system in my X so no wire's passing thru thing's .
Yes , you'd still need a wire gland mounted up there.Thanks. Hadn’t seen those. Pretty cool. You still have to run power to roof lights etc. correct? Just don’t have to run wires for the switches.
I suspected there was still a trick that required skill in there somewhere. I’m terrified of removing panels and the roof for fear the X will never recover! I love Crabby name BTW. I’m always imagining what a crab with a suspension lift looks likeYes , you'd still need a wire gland mounted up there.
If you have some wires that need to go from the inside, to the outside, you could also poke through the grommet at the top of the rear hatch as well.I suspected there was still a trick that required skill in there somewhere. The real trick was getting the wheels turned 90 degrees so he can only go sideways. Still waiting to see that build thread...I’m always imagining what a crab with a suspension lift looks like

Not my best work, but I'm fairly confident I didn't sew the cover
nice ! thats looks like a great setup! Not the X, but I got some rails added to the trailer. The front will be used for mounting traction boards, diesel heater, or anything else I feel like mounting on superstrut.
I also added one on the driver side, so I can mount my Axe to the outside. It's mounted low as the box I want to put on that side if the trailer is 18 inches tall, so the top of the rail is right at 19inches from the top of the trailer.
It's working out very well so far. If I were to build it again, I'd do a bunch of stuff differently, but overall, I've been very happy with it.nice ! thats looks like a great setup!
Nice work!! I was way too cowardly when I painted to remove mine so I masked everything. Are you getting one of those cool custom bumpers? I can only dream of those. Shipping is way more than the bumper. Anyway great job!
