An old man, near retirement said to me once "don't wish your life away, it'll be gone before you know it."
I know things are rough all around but fellas, I don't think it gets any better. It'll always be something broken, some panic, some social battle, some bill you weren't expecting.
I try to keep that in mind and stay as positive as I can manage. Some days that doesn't work, but most days are good...
I'm off today, gonna clean up around the house. Maybe tomorrow I'll get to go do something fun.

It was a trampoline accident. Didn't fall off, just landed on his wrist. He is definitely in pain but taking it all quite well in my opinion.

Positivity is a choice. Everyone goes through problems in their life, and the ones that come away on top are the ones that take it one step at a time, and always look for the silver lining. This year has been chaos, which means I can sit here and be grumpy about it, or I can be thankful that I am still alive, I still have friends to hang out with (even if how we get together has changed), and my X is still running, so I can go hide in the mountains if it all gets too much to handle right away.
