JEFF , I need a fishing report/story. I'm having scale withdraw. Only White Perch here and this time of year their in deeper water . Can only extricate with Gill net :) but really no market for them either. I did put an old small bucktail with NO hook on the fishing rod and did a little CAT fishing with the daughter's cat's ; their old , only lasted around 10-12 cast's and they were done.:(

I haven't been out. All my spots have been over crowded and I'm not going in to Jersey to fish right now. Sorry! I'm withdrawing too.

Thanks, it is my first attempt. I still need to make the handle. And I will be making a sheath eventually for it, so I will probably have to round it abit.

I need a way to send the phone signal to my TV. It's smart but needs apps. The cast feature worked until the app I was using stopped working so now I end up watching on my phone.. ideas?

You got an Android or Apple device? I'm assuming your TV has an HDMI port, you can usually use an MHL cable on an Android device, or a Lightning->HDMI cable on an Apple device, and just show the phone screen on the TV wired.

The easiest solution it to get something like a roku or apple TV and use the phone as a mobile Hotspot. connect the device of choice to the Hotspot and use the phones data for internet. That being said unless he has unlimited data plan for his phone then he would be better off having internet access. I know Verizon charges $20 a month on top of their unlimited plan to use the mobile Hotspot on their phones.

If you don't cut and set the teeth right, it's not going to be a very useful saw.

I would think that a stake driving surface or possibly a pry/pull feature would be a lot more useful than a 3" long saw blade.

I think the problem he was (partly) having is that you need apps for the device that support the service for this to work (I've come across a few that had Android apps, but nothing for Roku or Apple TV). With the cable, if it has an app for your phone, you can view it on the TV. And you can also view videos etc that are embedded in websites, that don't have any apps at all.

Over-lay an idea an take a pic like I did, Eye's just throwing in my 1.5 cent's. A 2.5-3 inch saw blade is kinda stupid . How bout if he didn't sharpen the teeth real good and we rename it a FISH SCALER :cool: Personally I think A bottle opener should be the go-to piece of equipment for 99% of the people here. That could be cut out relatively easy, I would think !!;)
