It is a good cardio workout for sure.
I hope you have better luck with it than I did, I was so board I just couldn't get in to it, lol. I may give it another chance in a few weeks though, we'll see. I'm working on leaning way out right now, so I can start building back up, and it will definitely lean you out quick with the right diet.
It's funny you mention not intending to start, because that's similar to how I started P90X. I buddy started it and was telling how hard it was, so I thought I'd at least check out the first video. The first day was so brutal, that i just had to find out what the next day would bring, lol. And so it began and now after completing the whole program 3 times, it seems like child's play, so I'm stepping up to things much crazier.
