Alternator Specs:
TYC Part # 213821 for a 99-02 Quest/Villager. Rock Auto has them for $126 shipped. No core, and it's a BRAND NEW unit with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=2220090&cc=1356803

Word of the wise, buy oil and a filter and change the oil while you're doing the swap. Removing the oil filter made things SUPER easy. Also be sure to get a longer bolt for the top, and if you get the alternator that I did, you'll have to get a screw for the ground wire, too. If I'd been better prepared (ie hardware), it would've taken maybe an hour and a half to do. 1 trip to Advance Auto and 2 trips to AutoZone weren't exactly in the game plan.

Nice! I got that same alternator and had a ton of trouble wrestling that thing up in there around the air filter. Wish I would have thought to take it out...too busy cursing at the new alternator.

I needed an oil change anyway, so we just ran to the store and got oil. It was a breeze after pulling it out.

Ordered new coax for my CB and an SWR meter. Next paycheck will be Blue Sea fuse box, sliders, and materials for the Secret Mod. Secret Mod will be revealed at nXm.

You'll love the bluesea. I consider it one of the best aftermarket purchases I ever made. Makes life so much easier when wiring up stuff and keeping it organised. I mounted mine up inside the driver side foot well along the side of the truck (makes for good grounding spots, too).

Oooo I'll keep that spot in mind. Hadn't thought of it. I know you have more room in yours, but I'll definitely look there, and on the passenger side.

Sliders, Led bar, ect

...haven't been touched. Weather has been sh!t, and when it hasn't, I've been working or out of town. I almost threw my sliders in the back of the truck to bring with me until I saw the forecast for Columbia this week.

This makes me sad

Sorry. Can't change the weather. Believe me, if I could, I would.

Plus I need help with 85% of the stuff I have piled up, and I don't have it. Mine and Dave's schedules clash. We've been "trying" to do my BL for a year.
