Window regulators

Anyone else had to replace more than one power window regulator/motor in less than 6 weeks? Just wondering if these are known to fail around 80K miles. It's an easy fix, and the parts are around $60 per window, but having 2 fail almost at the same time seems kind of odd. I almost never drive with the windows down - addicted to A/C so it's not like the regulator/motors are failing due to heavy use. Coincidentally, the first one failed after the A/C condenser clutch fried. Rolled down the driver's window and it would not go back up.

The window regulators are a common failure. My drivers side one is still good, but the other 3 are slowly going the way of the Buffalo.

238, and 13 years on mine, but they only go down for the drive through.

If you were here, that'd be fixed by now

Wanna fix mine too?

My regulators have been bad for years, but haven't actually died yet. They're slow and cannot operate simultaneously.

Well, so far I have replaced the front passenger side and the rear drivers' side. It is pretty easy to swap the assembly, and the parts were pretty cheap from 1Aauto.com

My passenger one is a bit sluggish, and the door doesn't always unlock properly, so I probably have some other issues there...

As for swapping them, it really isn't too bad. Of course, the last time I did it the door was off the truck. After pulling the trim off, and just looking at it for a bit, it made a fair amount of sense how to pull it.
