TPO's First Gen project

So I found a cheap beater '00 in town the other day and had to pick it up. Just pennies for this thing, couldn't pass it up.

I wasn't crazy about the color, so first thing I did was strip it down and give it a fresh coat. Also blacked out the plastics/rack and re-did the window tint.







Next step, naturally, is performance. I'm sourcing suspension, wheels, tires, tube bumper and front skid from this rig here:

(Although this military-grade bumper is looking pretty good too).

It is! They all tend to start with paint.

The bumper is just a hair too small, so I'm investigating other options.
